I am a Massage Therapist, Trauma Touch Therapist, and NLP coach, with aspirations of becoming a health coach in the near future. My whole life I have been very passionate about the mind and the body, and I enjoy holding space for others to tap in to their own self healing abilities and become the best version of themselves.
Education
I have an associates degree in massage plus many continuing educational hours in many different modalities. I am also certified in Trauma Touch therapy as well as NLP.
