Vicki is an accredited coach (ICF PCC) with over 35 years of corporate experience and has been in private practice for over thirteen years. Vicki currently assists executives, managing directors and team leaders with the development of cohesive and supportive business practices and structures that have a focus on business growth, team cohesion, goal achievement and leadership / management development.
Vicki believes that individuals have the ability to overcome obstacles, break down barriers and take on new knowledge, to achieve change, experience transformation and realise goals both professionally and personally.
Vicki’s background in Psychology and Counselling combined with her passion and experience in the corporate world and her training in NLP and coaching, enable her to help clients to reach their desired goals.
