In Oct 2020 Desmond has taken the leap to make Coaching his profession.
Working with people and teams for close to 2 decades has amplified what the human mind and spirit is fully capable when aligned and he works with individual and teams to make the mindset alignment which allow them to see all the possiblities and allow them to make that breakthrough to be the greatest version they can be.
